Leadership

Multimedia Manager of Cub Bark:

Being the Multimedia Manager taught me the importance of communication and leadership. I learned how to balance multiple perspectives by finding a common ground. It also helped me develop problem solving skills, as I often had to make quick changes to make sure we were creating the best possible product.

Bridge The Gap:

Volunteering at Bridge The Gap in Marin City taught me the value of empathy and adaptability. I worked with young children from diverse backgrounds, which helped me learn how to listen and understand different perspectives. Through organizing activities and providing support, I learned how to motivate others, foster a sense of community. This experience showed the importance of creating an inclusive environment for everyone.

Little League Umpiring

Umpiring Little League taught me how to maintain authority while creating a positive and supportive environment. I learned the importance of staying calm under pressure and making quick/fair decisions, while also communicating clearly. The experience helped me learn how to make sure that everyone felt respected and valued, creating a safe and enjoyable experience for young athletes.

Working at Sliders Camp

While working at Sliders Baseball I was responsible for guiding young athletes, helping them develop their skills, and ensuring they stayed motivated throughout the camp. This experience taught me how to lead by example, build strong relationships with the campers, and adapt my coaching style to meet the needs of each individual, while creating a fun and educational environment for all.
